The power lines above us
This place is so complete
Distant sounds and whispers
Songs of ancient trees
Thinking about those moments
The weakness in my knees
No laws for us to follow
There’s only life and death
And the unforgiving beauty
That has taken my breath
We’re fading into the blue
As our souls are scattered
Released in a cold breeze
